Venue and Color Scheme

1. Once your venue is booked and you’ve identified your color scheme, reach out to confirm our availability for your day. Don’t have a color palette picked out. Do not worry—together, we will identify your unique style and develop your vision. During peak wedding season (January – May + September – December), our books fill up fast, don’t delay.

2. Schedule your free consultation. Will spend an hour or so discussing your vision and the ‘vibe’ you want to create. Inspirational photos will guide our conversation. We’ll discuss what you like, love, and don’t like. What you must have, and those pieces that would be “nice to have”—! You will leave our conversation confident in our creative juices and our ability to design your magical day with a budget in mind.

3. Preparation is key to a successful consultation. Complete the form.

4. Within 10 days of our initial consultation, expect a detailed proposal in your inbox. Setup, transfer, and breakdown fees will also be outlined in your proposal. If possible, some ceremony décor can be transferred to your reception.

Book Your Day With Us

5. Book your day with us. Need to make changes to your proposal? Not to worry—revisions can be made up to 6 weeks before your wedding day.

6. Final consultation. Review your order, finalize design changes, quantities, and ribbon wrap colors, and firm up any final logistics. Final payment is due 30 days before your event.
